I am here to be the light for you to know that you already possess the wholeness within. We have several layers that we will be uncovering. <p>Remember it takes 21 days to create a habit. Remember that everything is made up of energy. Your thoughts are pure energy. Whatever you put out, is what you will get back. The Law of Attraction is set up and will manifest those things in your life which you attract with your thoughts. Changing your thoughts will be your greatest challenge. It was for me and it took daily effort to do so. When you look at your life currently, what have you attracted with your thoughts? If you&#8217;re overweight, then what do you believe about yourself? If you believed that you could actually lose weight, these thoughts would have been released into the Universe to produce a completely different response. </p>
<p>I mentioned previously Louise Hay&#8217;s book, You Can Heal Your Life, and in it she talks about how anger is the core issue of weight issues. My father died when I was fourteen, and there&#8217;s an entire story behind that one in my e-book, Close Kept Secrets to Overcoming Illness. Thus, I carried anger at not feeling loved and having the childhood I believed I deserved. </p>
<p>Okay, ready to release that anger. As an integrative body therapist, I work with clients face-to-face or over the telephone to help release their pain using Rapid Eye Technology and Emotional Freedom Techniques. Energy is energy and can be utilized all over the world. We&#8217;re on this journey together being supported by God. It is similar to prayer energy-the person doesn&#8217;t have to be right there in order to see that prayer works. </p>
<p>What is Rapid Eye Technology (RET)? It&#8217;s a technology which was developed to help release pain and trauma so that a person can experience love and joy on a deeper level. It stimulates the Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep cycle, a natural release process. Your eyes flutter when you are in REM sleep similar to watching a baby sleep and this is where the release process takes place. How many of you have experienced waking up in the middle of the night remembering that you were supposed to do something? This is your brain at work for you while you sleep. </p>
<p>Well, in RET, you&#8217;re awake and you&#8217;re processing and releasing your stuff. There&#8217;s also guided imagery, charka clearing, affirmations and life skills which are part of this process as well. RET is great for balancing left and right brains because the left brain has to know why whereas the right brain sees the positive/spiritual aspect of the world. In addition, we&#8217;ll be using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). The premise of this technique is that when one experiences a negative emotion like anger, there is a disruption in the body&#8217;s energy system resulting in various symptoms. EFT is similar to acupuncture without the needles.</p>
<p>When I work with clients, we go through three to twelve sessions. Depending upon the amount of stuff one is carrying will determine how long the duration of the sessions so just keep this in mind. The results are absolutely amazing as the person feels lighter after releasing.</p>

<p>You have to be realistic. If you are 50 years old you are not going to have the body you had at 18, but you can have a body that 30 year olds would envy! Again, you must decide what you are seeking, do you want to be fit and muscular or do you just want to lose for health reasons. Maybe there is a history of heart disease and high cholesterol in your family like I have in mine, my mom had her first heart attack and triple bypass surgery at the age of 37. If that isn&#8217;t a powerful reason to exercise and stay lean I don&#8217;t know what is!</p>
<p>Just like goal setting your reasons for losing weight need to be written down. These are the things that will keep you going when you feel like quitting. Post the list all over. Put it on your bathroom mirror, at your desk, on your refrigerator, this way you are constantly reminded of why you are doing it. This will keep you from cheating and encourage you to grab a glass of water instead of that gallon of Ben and Jerry&#8217;s!</p>
<p>Everyone starts from a different place. We all have reasons why we are where we are the way we are. We all have different reasons why we want to change and why we want to make things different. You have to know what these reasons are and be aware when they change to help in achieving your goals.</p>

<p>PLANTS ARE THE SOLE SOURCE OF ALL VITAMINS AND MINERALS FOR EVERY LIVING CREATURE. Even animals that eat nothing but meat - the vitamins came from somewhere down the food-chain - from an animal or fish that eats plants.</p>
<p>PLANTS CREATE BODY-READY VITAMINS AND MINERALS FROM NUTRIENTS IN THE SOIL. The richer the soil, the more vitamins and minerals are packed into the plants. On the other hand, vegetables grown in poor soil will have far lower levels of vitamins and minerals.</p>

This gives the produce a lot longer shelf life - less waste. As you probably know, produce picked at it&#8217;s ripe peak contain maximum nutrients - but spoil quickly. Vine ripened, fresh produce can be quite unprofitable for the grower and grocer.</p>

You can easily see that our wonderfully created bodies are being taxed to the max - and need more protection than ever before.</p>

<p>1. Make fresh, whole fruits, vegetables, and grains a larger part of your daily diet. These are the absolute best quality vitamins and minerals you can buy. Eat them raw, uncooked as much as possible. If necessary, cook slowly at low heat to keep the nutrients at the highest possible levels. Simply put - the less processing the better. Most people do not eat even the minimum recommended amounts, yet we all need much more than that today.</p>
<p>2. Look for organically grown produce at your grocery store or health food store. Generally this produce will contain the much higher levels of nutrients - as they did a century ago - without the chemicals. They cost more but you get a LOT MORE nutrients and much more succulent flavor than commercially grown produce.</p>
<p>3. Grow some of your own produce - in a yard garden, patio pots, or inside the home in window pots. It&#8217;s fun, very easy, decorative, puts oxygen in the air and the taste and nutrition is just tons better than store-bought.</p>

I can pass by decorated cakes without a twinge and eyeball ice cream as if were something alien and unappealing. But show me a slice of rich pumpernickel or marbled rye, and my knees buckle. There are breads that make sandwich filling unimportant: olive and herb rolls, panetone, extra sourdough, cheese rolls, raisin bagels, onion bread, poppyseed, sesame seed, and caraway. </p>
<p>Such breads are, we are frequently told, healthy and nutritious and make up part of a fiber-rich, natural diet. Unfortunately, the amount I&#8217;m likely to eat, once I start, is going to seriously derail my <a href="http://majianlin.turbulence.hop.clickbank.net/" title="healthy weight loss" target="_blank">healthy weight loss</a> efforts. Cutting out butter and margarine, eschewing salad dressing above the 3 calories per tablespoon level, and eliminating fast foods and soft drinks does have a marked effect on my caloric intake. <p>I hate it. Why can&#8217;t I enjoy one of my favorite foods without paying through the nose (actually through the abdomen and hips)? It&#8217;s so unfair! Well, Virginia, life is unfair and I have to learn to live with it. My body just can&#8217;t handle the carbohydrate load without burgeoning out of control. I suppose if I were really fitness-motivated, I&#8217;d run a few miles so I could have a fabulous sandwich. But, I admit it, I&#8217;m an exercise-phobe, barely able to make it through my minimal daily stretches. </p>
<p>I push my cart with blinders on through the aisles littered with stacks of baguettes, cocktail loaves, buttery croissants, and seed-encrusted bagels three times the size of those of childhood. I shed a tear at the frozen counter where that almost-instantly fabulous Bridgford mix calls my name. I drive four blocks out of my way to avoid passing the Italian market with the cristiest bread ever baked by man. In restaurants I become remarkably adept at covering the rolls and garlic bread with my own, and my dinner companion&#8217;s, napkins (it has to really stay out of sight).</p>
<p>Facing my weaknesses with guilt and self-criticism, I reluctantly conclude that bread has to go. Angry and resentful, but miserably aware of the choices I must make, I bid farewell for life to breads I will now only enjoy in my dreams. </p>
<p>The alternative means getting fat and I&#8217;m just not going to go there.</p>
